This past Saturday, on February 22, 2025, we went to COSI! The Center of Science and Industry is an incredibly interactive science center with amazing exhibitions (the Ocean gallery was one of my favorites), life shows (rat basketball), and a planetarium (I give the seats 8/10 for comfort).
We left campus at about 9 a.m. and drove together to Columbus for the Planetarium show about the eclipse at noon. We all got lunch afterwards and were allowed to wander before we left at about 3 p.m.. Right by the ticket area there was a life-sized model of the Perseverance Mars Rover which was one of the coolest things I have seen in a while. We were able to explore the Space, Ocean, Progress galleries, and the American Museum of Natural History Exhibits on dinosaurs and their special gallery on the T.rex. And these were just the places the small group I was walking with were able to go!
It was a lot of fun to explore, and I just wish we could have stayed there even longer!
